In this portal, you can generate, manage, and edit your CVs and cover letters, create and save job applications, and view relevant job offers. We store the content of your CVs, cover letters, application information, and search terms for relevant jobs in your account. We keep this data to fulfill the agreement concluded with you and to allow you to access this history at a later time.

Retention Periods

CVTOWORK retains your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this statement. We retain your data until you request to permanently delete your account, or for a period of 2.5 years (30 months) after your account becomes "inactive", without any intermediate indication of wanting to extend this period. If your account becomes inactive, CVTOWORK may contact you to inform you about the storage of your data.
